My son loved wearing this costume. We sized up just in case, and it was a little big so I would say it's true to size. The only thing was the mushroom hat was small. My son has a normal sized head and the hat was almost too small because it was very full of stuffing. I appreciate the stuffing, but not if it makes the hat too small. He was able to wear the hat but I don't think it will fit him as long as the rest of the costume. The pants were a pretty good material. The tan body and vest materials were thin. Price was a little high. Overall it was a good costume and my son enjoyed wearing it.
