This is overall the most adorable Halloween costume for a toddler girl mine is 5 and the headband and everything was perfect fit for her we did do black leggings underneath it was a Cold Night with cute lace white sicks that folded at the buckle at the top of her shoes we chose cute silver sparkly flats we had kept from a dressup. you can make it very adorable with a black pair of flats and white girly socks and depending on temperature outside sone cute black tights/ leggings. THIS DRESS GLOWS IN THE DARK

Dirty
When I received the item it had dirt or something all over it so I had to completely clean it before my child could even try it on. Very dissapointing that it did not glow like it was stated, I would have just bough the other one for half the cost. Overall disappointed.
