So cute!
I bought this for my daughter to wear for her cousins princess themed birthday party and it was great! The smallest size was a 3T but it fit my 1 year old pretty well. It was a little long but that was easily fixed with some fabric tape along the bottom.

Adorable dress, cute details
I purchased this dress for my niece and it exceeded my expectations! The detail on the dress is adorable and the quality is better than others. I saw out there. She put it on right away and didn't take it off for hours. She just turned 4, and she is average to small in height, and the size 4 to 6 fit her perfectly. It was almost touching the crown so she will have room to grow. I would say if your child is on the fence to size up.
