There is no puddling of drain water. The rack drains it down the drain-tube into the sink. In addition the feet lift it high off the countertop which enables it to clear the sink's lip. The provided silverware and glass racks are handy. In short, as a guy, I like that the whole things stays dry.

Perfect dish drainer. My sister and I live together and we can't stand dirty dishes in the sink! This allows us to quickly clean our dishes, drain them and put away quickly. The water drains back into the sink , so there is no clean up! We love it, thanks !

I ansolutely love this dish drainer set!!! Im very picky and wanted it to be sturdy and efficient. But had a major problem bc I had only a small area to keep my dish drainer, so I have been looking a while. This dish drainet set is perfect! I love that the bar for glasses is removable and very strong. So its perfect bc i dont often have glasses but its so strong and right for pots or anything big and heavy. Didnt even know how much i needed that. When it wasnt on sale i couldnt jystify paying 40 bucks. But now with price rolled back, its a steal! But knowing how much i love it, I would pay 40 bucks for it. Bc it makes my life so much easier.

It is just what I needed I love it holds a lot of dishes and it doesn't matter if they are wet when you put them in the rack it has a drain spout that you can angle for the water to drain back into your sink and it is sturdy and has a cup rack this is the best one I've ever had like I said I love it

I picked this 13 x 17 dish drainer because the drainage tube revolves and can be positioned either the long side or the short side of the drainer. I noted that most of the dish drainers had the drainage tube on the short side of the drainer, meaning the long side of the drainer took up more counter space. I have very limited counter space and wanted the drainer to drain on the long side. It works very well. The water drips out right into the sink. I have a raised metal edge on the sink and the spout is long enough to reach the sink and high enough to clear the raised edge. The utensil holder is very large with 3 compartments. An optional knife compartment can be used, but I don't. It seems very sturdy. I also like the size for hand washing large pots and pans. I have a dishwasher for plates and glasses.

Easy to assemble, my 65 year old mother put it together. Wish it had slots for plates on both sides or an option for water bottles as there is one wide open side just kinda gets piled on top of one another but it'll do the job until it's time to replace it again!

This drainer met my needs as I have a shallow counter with low cabinets. I did not care for the drinking glass removeable attachment as I was constantly catching my clothes on it or knocking glasses off due to the slanted angle., even when changing the angle. The sole purpose for purchase was the extendable and adjustable for direction drain. This has worked well- but the drug plug clogs very quickly with my hard water and the drain itself is easily moved in the course of the day causing water to build up on my counter if I don't notice it right away.

I need a additional spot for silverware. Is there a way to purchase another silverware holder, either one identical to the holder included on even a smaller one with one or two sections? Please contact me if there is a way to receive this item. Thanks.

The walls are short so the dishes and plates don't stay in and can't do a lot of dishes. My old dish drainer has wall height of 8 inches which is perfect. So, I swapped the top part with old one. It would be a design improvement to increase the wall height and make product more usable.

I don't like this, the large glasses don't stay in place and the stainless steel is very thin, the large plates don't fit well, I'm not satisfied with this purchase, I'm sorry 😢
