The first one stopped working within a few days of having it but the customer support was great they responded back fast and sent out a new one . I haven't had an issue with the new one

if you're living in an apartment this is the perfect household appliance for you. it's lightweight and compact. It also gets very cold for shuch a compact freezer 10's all across the board

This freezer is perfect for my family of 4. It doesn't take up much space %26 catches the “overflow” of what doesn't fit in the refrigerator/freezer. Plus allows me to stock up on meats and/or frozen items on sale. I also like that it is black instead of white. It should hold 1/2 of a cow or a whole pig, if that's how you buy your meat. Great value for the price!

Great little freezer

I thought the machine would be a little bit bigger and with I need to check that more often about the width of things overall, it was taller than I thought, but I think it would be appropriate for my family. Thank you very much.

I'm satisfied with this little freezer chest; it suits my needs. I have to say, the instructions that came with the chest are awful. I had to go to Google for better instructions.

The deep freezer I got was not as advertised! I ordered a 7.0 cu ft %26 what I got was a 3 cu ft deep freezer. Which is not even 1/2 of the size of what they advertised for the price. I am so mad %26 can't believe they are getting away with advertising a 7 cu ft but sending out a 3 cu ft! That's ridiculous!! Do better!!

If I could give a zero star, I would. Shame on Walmart for allowing this scam companies to sell junk to its customers. My freezer has stopped working not even 4 months into purchase. I am so frustrated. The company has no customer service support. It is not right.

I ordered 2- 7 cubic freezers as Christmas gifts for my adult children, I received 2 -5 cubic freezers. I can return the freezers to the closest Walmart but won't be reimbursed until the 6 th of January, so disappointed

I dislike this item because it was nothing that I expected and then they take so long to refund your money back. It has been almost two months that I haven't received my refund.
