DISHUP 18000 BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner & Heater, 21 SEER2 Split Ac Unit, WIFI Enabled, Remote Control, White

Fantastic product %26 fast delivery of whole goods, but cannot seem to extract from Walmart the contract %26 name of company providing the extended warranty we bought from Walmart.

Good product!

I haven't installed it yet.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!! When the item was delivered, the outdoor unit was crushed and unusable, they sent me new new one! that was great! but by the time I was able to get my ac tech to install it, it was passed the 90 day time limit for me to return it, wich I knew nothing about. when we went through all the trouble of drilling holes in my new home and electrical work to wire everything up, the compressor will not come on for more than 1 second then cuts itself off. So the new replacement unit was broken as well, I tried to get something done about it but this seller does not respond and walmart will not do anything either since its past the 90 day time frame. I'm out $750.00 dollars and walmart nor the manufacturer of this unit or even the seller will back up their product. I will never purchase anything like thus through walmart or this manufacturer or seller again nor will my business. I sugest anyone else reading this do the same unless you just like to flush hard earned money down the crapper for the fun of it! if you need cooling or heating I would purchase from Lowes or The Home Depot. This has been the biggest waste of money and time and I hooe this helps others not to get ripped off like I did.
