Disney and Pixar Cars Hauler Collection, Truck with Extendable Ramp

Finally was able to get this for my son and it is so cute. We can't ever find anything Mack but I'm so glad I was able to get my hands on one. The back of the trailer opens and you're able to fit a couple cars in the back. So cute and the perfect addition to any car lover of any age!

My son absolutely loves this hauler! Mack is obviously a major part of the movie, Cars, so having him to play with was a must! So glad I was able to find this in store!

My 2 year olds favorite character. Have had it over a month of every day hard play and being dropped with no issues. I wasn't sure if it would hold up or be safe for him but it's going strong and worth the $20

This Mack truck is the perfect size for a toddler, the back opens to put a car in. And it's sturdy. The main truck is metal so it's a good material. Pricey for the size but worth it with quality

Despite a few days delay, I did get the Mack as seen in the picture. And it looks so good. Very happy with the purchase!

Excellent quality and size for my 2 1/2 yr old grandson. He plays with it all the time and takes it to bed alot. Great purchase.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I ORDERED (thru website to ship to home not store)THE DINOCO 42 HAULER DISNEY TRUCK THAT STATES 2 in stock. Order was changed w/o notification and sent me the red one Mack. Called customer service and he basically blamed me for ordering the wrong one and guaranteed the blue Dinoco is in stock and ready to ship with reorder. Reluctantly I did, while the rep was on the phone. He said “now” you'll get the Dinoco because there's 4 in stock. I wake up next day to see order was changed and now sending a green truck. I called AGAIN and rep told me it was my error and she couldn't cancel it. Well after a heated exchange she said fine she will cancel it. Horrible customer service. False advertising!!!!

There is nothing wrong with the toy itself, IF this was what you ordered. HOWEVER we ordered a different Cars Hauler and received Mac! There wasn't an option for substitutions so I don't understand the disconnect here. Disappointing to say the least and we will return.

Originally, I had ordered the Dinoco blue truck and this is what they sent me the red Mac which I already have two versions of I didn't need a third. I was disappointed that I didn't receive what I had ordered.
