Had a shipping problem, come to find out, USPS messed up, but the company replied almost immediately, was super apologetic n explained the situ (which made me apologize as well) as well as offered an above n beyond solution, which I accepted. The bag is super cute, n he absolutely loves it !!! Thank u for ur awesome customer service 🙏🏻🩵💯👏🏻
