granddaughter absolutely loved it

the hat and glasses on this doll come off to easily. also does not work properly as stated with the button.

Very cute doll for the new Disney movie Encanto. She plays two versions of the song "Welcome to the family Madrigal." She will sing the song and then upon pressing her back lever or her chest button again, the instrumental version of the song will play. This doll is basically the same as the slightly cheaper fashion doll version but she comes with a hat, accordion, and the bottom of her dress has more details. Highly recommend for buyers that like musical dolls.

This is a gift. It gives you the option to try by pushing the button through the box. It seems the battery is dead. So now I have to deal with either exchanging it or hoping it works once opened with new batteries. Otherwise it looks like it would be an excellent purchase.

This doll only played one line of the song, others in this order played the whole song. Item had evidently been previously ordered by another customer and returned, the package and doll were damaged. This item arrived late and had taken a tour of the whole country according to tracking details.

i dont want them $5 promo-- i want my money back!!! this came opened; and it also does not work. where it sais try me... im thinking this doll was already all tried out!!! doesnt sing at all makes weird noise-but definitely not singing. i cant gift this to my grandbaby. this is embarrasing...and i order onlime because i cant go in person. CAN YOU PLEASE SEND ME A REPLACEMENT PLEASEE AND THANK YOU!!

Received right before Xmas and doll ‘sing' feature did not work.

battery was dead.

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, and it doesn't work. So disappointing!

Had to wait 2 weeks for the order only for it to come in and not work. Had to return.
