We got these for our little girl. We lived in Oregon when we purchased these and they kept up with the rain not a problem! For the price you can't beat the overall quality. Highly recommend for those on low budget!

Wrong
Seller sent me jojo Siwa boots instead or Anna and Elsa. I contacted seller and they never responded. Returning them was such a hassle for 3rd party. Several in stores would not take them. I had to call and eventually take them to FedEx. Don't buy from this seller
