Elsa is so pretty as usual and a welcome addition to my girls' collection. Using the braiding tool was a lesson in patience and reading the directions,but she has mastered the tool and loves it. Always remember to read...then its a matter of: Brush Elsa's long blond hair and separate into 3 sections Hook Grab each section using the hook tool on the hair braider Pull Pull each section through the hair braider Press Repeatedly Once all sections are pulled through, press the button repeatedly to braid automatically and you will find hours of creation daily and lots of imagination. No batteries needed. I highly recommend Disney Frozen 2 Sister Styles Long Hair Elsa Fashion Doll with Automatic Hair Braiding Too for anyone. We love her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My niece absolutely loves this toy. She loves Frozen and is super excited about Frozen II and also loves to braid my hair. Now, she can braid Elsa's hair and she is so happy about that. She can't stop talking about it to anyone she meets. I highly recommend this to all Frozen fans.

The doll itself is beautiful. The braiding device works well. However, the purple hook used to pull the hair through the device wears out very quickly so had to find a substitute.

Disappointing for a Disney branded product. The hair brand gadget's gears often get stuck such that it doesnt spin freely when you pull the trigger. The idea of braiding gun is great and it probably could have been great if the device was built better.

the machine doesn't work with the doll hair inside.

bought this for my daughter thinking it would work since it had great reviews. doesn't work. the wand got jammed on the first day. them re-read reviews and they are all part of a promotion from Hasbro so if course they gave great reviews. don't buy.
