The doll barely played for five seconds, which led me to believe it was defective, but further investigation fixed the issue. I have a little girl who loves frozen, and she really liked the doll. Her new favourite doll, it accompanies her everywhere. It's made well and is versatile and can be played with in many ways. This doll is perfect for any frozen fan.

Its pretty sturdy and the movements on the arms and legs are smooth The shoes can be removed, and I'm guessing you could purchase different ones if you wanted
