She is LOUD and there's no volume control
My daughter LOVES this Anna doll. She asked for her for Christmas. It was at the top of her list. Santa pulled through, of course, but while Anna has a beautiful voice, she is loud and has no volume control. You can hear her from the other side of the house. We've discussed opening her up and putting some tape over the speaker. Everyone's first question about Anna is "does she have a volume switch?" No, she does not. The good news is that the button that starts Anna's song also stops it! So you don't have to listen to the First Time in Forever chorus all the way through every time. The demo is a 3-5 second loop, but when you unbox the doll it pulls out a tab that unlocks the full "song" that is about 10-15 seconds long. And, on a personal note, this doll has molded clothing (the bodice and sleeves) which I am not a fan of. As a child I enjoyed being able to buy new outfits and change them with my dolls. I would have rather had a full outfit that you can change and a button on her back under the dress or something. Real clothes probably would help muffle the audio too.

I got Anna for my granddaughter because she really wanted her to go with the Elsa. Cute doll. Mindy pricey because she is Anna.
