Well I'm not exactly sure of the use of it , it's actually a birthday gift for my Granddaughter coming up but she live Barbie so let's hope she's going to love this set .

They are well made and the hair ties are so comfortable in her hair. The brush and the hair ties are of very good quality. If your little one loves Barbies, they will love these.

The brush is perfect for detangling my fine thin hair. The pony tail holders are great wrist accessories as well as tying my hair back to sleep. I don't use the sequined one in my hair since it does pull some strands out, however the two satin and the fuzzy holders work great, they don't leave dents in my hair in the morning. I love them!
