Bought this throw for my newborn, mostly because of the design and I have two other throws for my daughters same material and I love them, so I decided to get my newborn one similar but the only difference was the price. The color is beautiful, it's like a dark blue ish grey, it's mildly soft to touch, but perfect for my newborn who does over heat with other overly fluffy baby blankets and with this one he does not! It's fresh but warm if it makes any sense, point is if you're overthinking of purchasing just purchase! It's worth it, I would love it for it to be a little cheaper in price but I don't regret purchasing!
