So Far… Light weight - good for weighing checked luggage at the airport. Light weight - durability questionable with the way the airlines handle checked luggage. So Good… Light weight makes the luggage flexible. Flexibility made my luggage able to roll with the punches. Round trip to Disney World and my luggage looks great.

If I had to rate the service, I would give 10 stars. I gave 4 because I haven't tried these yet. I purchased a full set in August. During my second trip I retrieved my luggage and the wheel was completely off! My biggest suitcase wheel became wobbly. I reached out to FUL via their customer service email, sent the information they requested and both of my suitcase were replaced

Beautiful case delivered on time but the zips are incredibly delicate and failed on the first test with no luggage in the case, they really struggle with the corners.

I'm so sad to write this. I've had the stormtrooper carry on forever and it's been amazing, but this large one broke on our first trip. The zipper kind of struggled from the start, but I thought it would get better with use. When the checked baggage arrived, our bag was in a plastic bag because the zipper split open and part of the zipper ripped. Made it hard to get it through the airport, and I'm bummed.

I ordered this suitcase at the beginning of December which was plenty of time to get it before Christmas. It is meant to be a Christmas gift. Now that is not happening. I received an email from UPS stating a mailing label had been made and then another one stating my package had been lost. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend your company to anyone. Also, don't use UPS.

Love the look of this luggage but it is very poorly made. Zipper opens up and it crashes the second time using it. However costumer service is amazing.
