Disney Mickey Mouse 29 Inch Rolling Luggage, Hardshell Suitcase with Spinner Wheels, Black

I emailed Customer Service about my Star Wars Darth Vader suitcase that was broken. Not knowing how to get replaced within one hour of me emailing in about the warranty claim they sent me an email stating what I needed to send in measurements and pictures of the broken product. And within an hour of me sending that I had Customer Service email me back saying they don't make the Star Wars Darth Vader currently at the moment and to pick any suitcase that was available for a replacement of up to a 32 inch suitcase. Since we travel a lot and we go to all kinds of places, we wanted to keep it a theme park or Disney themed and they were able to send me a new Mickey Mouse suitcase as a replacement. From start to finish of the warranty claim to receiving a product of the door was only about a week. Thank you for the quick service and I would highly recommend this process to anybody.

I had just received my luggage for my birthday and registered it as I do all my items. And on the 1st trip it gets damaged through the airlines. I was able to show FuL proof it was damaged and because it was under the warranty they honored it without going back and forth. I really appreciate it and hope fast it came in the mail.

The Mickey Mouse rolling luggage is perfect for any trip, especially those Disney ones! I'm excited to use this one for my husband when we go on our honeymoon to Tokyo Disneyland in Japan! The quality and feel of FUL suitcases is unmatched, and I love how much space is in the size 30” rolling one! The designs are so cute and I highly recommend getting this set for your future travels!

Have had issues a couple times with the suitcase wheel and or suitcase being cracked, and they replaced it without any issues. I also have another Disney bag set. It's really cute. Always get complements on it.

I purchased my original piece of luggage at Kohls and used I t on one trip. The wheel broke on one leg but not completely. On the way home it came off and I had to limp it through the airport. I made the warranty claim and it was easy to get a replacement. Quick shipment and customer service was great.

I am OBSESSED with this suitcase!! The color is soooo stunning in person, and there is sooo much space! The suitcase is lightweight but very durable! I will be using this on every trip! ?

Had airline rip off my handle to my large suitcase after loving this luggage for few years, filled out the form and I received a brand new one. Best luggage on the market and company that actually stands by their warranty!

We had purchased a different Mickey Mouse FUL suitcase that was broken by the airline the first time it was used. We contacted FUL, who stood by their product, and sent us a new suitcase. They were so helpful. Can't wait to use this beautiful Mickey Mouse suitcase on our next trip to Disney!

If I had to rate the service, I would give 10 stars. I gave 4 because I haven't tried these yet. I purchased a full set in August. During my second trip I retrieved my luggage and the wheel was completely off! My biggest suitcase wheel became wobbly. I reached out to FUL via their customer service email, sent the information they requested and both of my suitcase were replaced.

When I received my bag I noted the zipper was ripped away from the seam so I reached out to FUL customer service, which has been the absolute worst with replying. After numerous emails/calls (at which no one answers or calls back) I finally received a response a week ago that a replacement will be shipped and tracking will follow once the replacement has shipped, I have yet to receive sed tracking email. I'm needing this bag for an upcoming trip in two weeks so I truly hope they get it together and it arrives in time. If I wouldn't have to deal with customer service (or lack there of) the process would've been a whole different story.
