I love the mini figures included with the Hyperspeed series—each plane comes with articulated cockpit door and landing gear. You also get an articulated miniature. I received the XL-03 and the Buzz Lightyear, and it's just like the movie, so kiddos and collectors alike can recreate their favorite scenes! This set is great for play and display, plus there are more to collect so you may just have to complete your collection!

He received this one and a smaller version for his birthday and definitely enjoyed this one the most!!!! He had a ton of fun adding this to his plane collection and envisioning he was a space Ranger! This one has kept his interest and he has played multiple times with this toy! A great addition to his toy story collection!

He is a big Toy Story fan, so Buzz is one of his favorites. I can see him playing with this for years to come!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 7 year old son who like most kids loves Toy Story and of course Buzz Lightyear. So what's better than a Buzz spaceship? This one comes with a little blue figure that you can sit in the cockpit and make him fly around. The plane is a good size for little hands to hold, play with and run around with. Super cool that you can pull the landing gear out and make the plane “drive”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mr. Six is a BIG fan of this toy. The plane itself is sturdy - it's doing a great job of surviving everything he's subjected it too so far. The only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the tiny little removable guy - he's adorable and Mr. Six loves him, but he's TINY and probably won't last long (between Mr. Six and our cats, who like to eat small things).

Me, a long time fan of Toy Story, or my 6 year old daughter who has a newfound love for the films. Cute and fun toy that is built well and small enough to take in the car to entertain the kids.

It does not capture their interest as much as other toys in the house, but that may also be because they have not seen the movie yet. This does remind me of another brand of toys from when I was a kid. It's very well made and has quite a bit attention to detail in comparison to other products. A nice touch is the landing gear that comes down. My kids enjoy flying this from room to room. They also like putting the pilot in the cockpit and taking him out. A child that is a fan of jets is definitely going to like this even though it does not make sounds. This is highly durable as my kids drop this frequently, and surprisingly it holds up much better than other toys that we have had to throw away. All in all a descent product that encourages the use of imagination.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Lightyear XL-03 and Buzz Lightyear as part of the Play, Rate, Review program. This toy is part of the Hyperspeed Series fleet. The aircraft is well made and the wheels (landing gear) can come down to roll the plane or pushed in for flying. A very small pilot is included. The box calls it Buzz Lightyear but it's really hard to tell. The pilot's legs bends and he can be placed in the cockpit of the aircraft. While the box states this toy is for ages 4+, I think it's better for a child 6 or older like my grandson. The pilot is so small I'm not sure chubby little fingers would be able to get “Buzz” into the cockpit and I'd be worried about someone putting it in their mouth. Also, the small size of the pilot makes it easy to lose. We've had several adventures looking for him. For my grandson this toy is just ok. He likes that it rolls and he can “zoom” it around but for him it's not very exciting.

This toy is so very small. I was highly disappointed with the size of this toy.
