She loves to dress up like a princess or mermaid.Made of polyester, do not wash.I just let her play with it then put it away. I use fabric refresher. Perfect gift idea too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Disney Ariel dress by Jakk's Pacific a couple weeks ago for my daughters to enjoy dress up in for play. We love the shape design with the scalloped shape features in both the tail and top to look more realistic. The layered tulle for the fins and edges gives such a fun frilly appearance as well. Our combined favorite aesthetic feature in this specific dress is by far the glittery flounder and shell print featured all across the tail area of the dress. Most of the stitching through this dress is done pretty durably well; however, after some good play and just a couple weeks we did have to resew one of the straps back on and snip some fraying threads and tie them back up near the very top back area where the two halves meet with Velcro. The interior is really soft and doesn't bother the children at all. The exterior is a little rough feeling as there are a lot of fun sequins, tulle, and glittery designs. Overall, we love the dress and this one has a lot of unique aesthetic appeal that stands out! We would buy it again if it got to the point of no repair, but overall the quality seems better to last long term even with a minor fix here and there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is a huge Disney Princess fan! She was so excited to be able to add The Little Mermaid dress to her already awesome collection. The dress was kind of on the smaller side, even though my daughter is 8 she is tall and thin. The material is on the cheaper side, and could see it tearing or ripping easily. The dress itself is so cute, and she wore it for hours, and has now became her favorite!
