Disney Princess Moana Everyday Costume Accessory

Gift for my 9 yr old daughter. My daughter saw this necklace on the commercial and wanted it for her birthday. Her friend had one that was similar, but not as decorative inside. We were pleased that this necklace had the pearl detailing inside around the "glowing" stone and did not show the circuitry as her friend's necklace did! She was thrilled with the necklace! My daughter really wanted this necklace so I got it for her. After 2 times of pressing the light button it stopped working! I thought surely it must have been just that necklace so we chose to exchange it for another one. Same thing happened!!! Keep your $10 and do not buy this necklace!!

The idea was cute since it was part of the main idea in the movie but this over product is a piece of junk. The light didn't even work and it clearly states on the packaging that the batteries are irreplaceable. Useless. Would have gave this more stars if we could have changed the batteries and drive on.

Out of the box the button didn't work 100% of the time, I contacted Jaks Pacific and their cust service was not at all helpful so I returned to walmart and bought another which we have had no problem with.
