I absolutely adore this badge reel. It's comfortable to wear for a whole shift at work, doesn't get in the way, the material is sturdy and so far it hasn't broken, the clip swivels which helps a lot, and I love the character Jack. The appearance of the badge reel is so cute and easily recognizable as Jack.

While I love this badge reel. I've noticed the reel doesn't work as well. The string often gets stuck while it's pulled out and it will not automatically retract. In order to get it to retract I literally have to drop it on the floor. I found this out because I became aggravated with the string being pulled out that I threw it down on the floor and wha-la it fixed it.

I just recently got hired and have been working for Walmart and I needed a reel for my name tag badge so I wasn't removing it from my vest every time I wanted to clock in and out. I wanted a piece that would allow me to express myself, and this was the perfect start. I love The Nightmare Before Christmas and my name is Jack too, how much of a better fit can I ask for? The clip itself is ok as a backup. I found the clip Walmart had provided me was better, so I used it instead. But that's my only complaint! It served its purpose in both expression and functionality.

Got this as a gift for a friend. She loved it! Perfect design wish the clip was an actual clip. The retractor part is starting to give us a hard time now. But overall it's lovely.

I love me some Winnie the Pooh. I would have gave it a 5 star but the clip is not of good quality. The clip should have been fatter so it will stay on the clothes. I'm scared it's gonna fall off. I have a feeling that I'm gonna get pisst off cause of this clip.

The retractable string doesn't retract without the entire badge rotating. I had to coax it in by pulling and retracting, slowly but surely, over and over again. Also, it's about 3/4 inch thick, so I can foresee it being in the way no matter where I attach it to my clothing. This is poorly made and not as cute as it appears in photos. I would not recommend it.

Very cute however does not like to snap back into place and it's very heavy so if you wanna clip it to your collar or something, it's just gonna flop over but it is very cute in the right place on maybe your bag it may work OK
