Got for a great price during Halloween clearance. Love it! Only down fall is it doesn't actually work it's just for decoration.. I'm not complaining though

Great looking piece, just weird placement for the nut cracker in the middle of his chest. I guess the mouth is too hared because he has a round head, but just strange placement.

Despite the bad reviews, I took a chance on this because it was on sale for a very low price. It arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and in good condition. Some of the paint on one eye is scratched but that's an easy fix.

Purchased on clearance for $1.98 so no complaint for that price but the painting could be better. It certainly couldn't actually crack a nut and is just for decoration. It's a nice size and looks cute on my bookshelf for my transition from Halloween to Christmas but couldn't be the focal point.

There is black paint on white areas not supposed to be there. Missing orange paint on the pumpkin. The head has a dent in it. The center of the bow tie was broke off when i received it. There was no packing paper to keep my product safe from moving around. Overall looks cheaply made! Disappointed I have to give a ugly gift to someone.

I was very excited to receive my item, and I appreciate the fast shipping and overall quality of the product. However, I was disappointed to find that the item I received appears to be used or possibly a floor model. Upon opening the package, I noticed the following issues: • The right side of Jack's face is chipped. • The item is sticky and has visible food stains, scuffs, and scratches. • The white tie is dirty. • The eye makeup has dried food on it. These signs of wear suggest that the item may have been previously returned in poor condition or was used as a display model before being shipped to me. This was unexpected and quite disappointing, especially since I believed I was purchasing a new item. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the item itself is very well made and sturdy. I genuinely like it and will definitely consider ordering from your store again in the future.

Item was just thrown in the box alone. No packing supplies, no plastic, no bubble wrap, no paper wrap just the item and the shipping box it came in. The bow tie is falling just dangling with a string of glue. The face and eye are scratched off. Head is badly damaged the suit threads are falling off at the ends. The platform it stands on is clearly worn out/fading color not glossy. All over just crap. Plus it arrived late. I have several more pictures

No box so just shipped as is. Bow tie came off, where the arms are attached glue is all over the exterior, base is scratched. Would not recommend, overall cheap quality.
