Even though it says LARGE they are medium at best

I didn't know that these came from China! When I opened the vacuum packed bag they were in all I could smell was a fishy odor. I ended up putting them in a large baggie and poured baby powder in with them. Still not comfortable using them because they don't appear to be sterile.
