Disposable Paper Plates, 11.5", Black, 10 Count, by Way To Celebrate

These are nice sturdy plates that look good for a great price. They are a larger size than most places I've tried to find black plates. I am very sad I can't buy them in the large pack size anymore. It always shows it is out. I use these when students build pizza-box solar ovens each spring and they work perfectly. Last year I tried the oval plates and they were great as well. Please don't price these up or take them away, Wal-Mart! It enables all my students to have their own plate instead of sharing with a group. Science is expensive and we have had to cut back so much on what we can do. I appreciate these!

I used the 9 inch version of these plates already. We used them with hot food and they held up quite well. I would not recommend these plates if you'll be carrying them from a Buffet to a table because they are not super stiff. But they do hold and support hot foods perfectly. As far as the color, these plates have a matte black paint with a glossy top. I know that sounds contradictory but that's what they look like. They could be styled as very dressy or more casual.

These plates are very sturdy for a potluck, taco bar, cookout, etc. At 11.5", they are perfect size!! Much better than 8.5" plates that you can barely fit anything on.

Nice and strong. They held burgers fries salad and beans at one time and no leakage. Kids loved the color for Halloween!! Price is affordable!!!

The wife bought these for a “over the hill” birthday party (50 years old) Color and size were good but a little on the flimsy side good thing she used a charger plate under them.
