Distilled water
We use this for our CO2 incubator humidity pans as the DI/RO water can be corrosive to the sensors. One of the cheapest around and very good quality.

Water is of uncertain quality--incomplete description
I thought there would be some indication that the water was tested and certain contaminants by name found to be at certain concentrations. Unless I overlooked it, this was not the case.
