These work so well fir the menopausal bloat! I was always uncomfortable by the end of the day for sure and sometimes before. I take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. What a difference!!

I like this product as in makes me feel less heavy and bloated

So I wanted to take these pills before I started a strict diet so that I can get rid of any extra sodium or water in my body. I regularly go to the gym, limit my intake of fast food and drink lots of water. I do not feel faint or lightheaded when I take these, which is only 2 to 3 times a week, 2 pills once a day when I know that I'll be home. So far it seems like I've lost 3 pounds. I'm not looking to use these as a long term solution but only to advance in my diet and to get rid of extra sodium in my body.

I ordered 3 of these products from Pharma-Packs website. Ordering and paying was easy. Received the products quick, however when I opened the box, I was extremely disappointed and a bit angry as well. The products I ordered, paid for and received were not was advertised on the website. The Magnesium Salicylate was not in it. Instead there was 100mg of Caffeine(only active ingredient). If it had not been for the excellent customer service, I would of given this product a poor rating. A return label was sent to me via email and I received a full refund in a couple of days. I'm hesitant to order again from this company because it is my opinion what is pictured on the website, should be the exact product you receive. If I do decide down the road, to order again from this company, you can be sure I'll be checking with customer service before I place my order. Hope this review was helpful.
