Are you serious a review. I have filed with the Federal Trade commission, The PA Better Business Bureau And the PA Attorney General's Office.
Advertised a 16 ounce bottle of flush and sent an 8 ounce bottle. Customer service slow unknowlegable, uncoopertaive and unable to help. in addition to stalling return of payment after recieving item back.

False advertising of contents
This item was advertised as having the 16 oz solvent included and it came with 8 oz instead. I could have purchased it anywhere cheaper with 8oz and had it next day. I will be returning just for the principle that it was falsely advertised.
