I have been purchasing these Dixie hot cups for years. They have always been thick, would last through more than one cup of coffee and I never felt like my hand was getting too warm. Well all that has changed in the last few packs I've purchased. They immediately seem flimsy as soon as you put in the hot coffee. Sometimes I'm afraid it may collapse in my hand. The seams also try to leak feeling slightly damp by the time I finish half my cup. This has always been a trusted product and I was willing to pay the PREMIUM price, but now the product is sub par. If I have to have a substandard product, I would rather not pay the high price!

I'm super disappointed, and this is a surprise because I generally like Dixie brand products. these cups may be okay for hot drinks, but I specifically asked the app for an insulated cup for hot and cold drinks, these sweat with ice water in them. I don't like water dripping off the cup when I'm drinking from it or leaving marks on the table. table. I wish I would not have bought them. I do still like your paper plates though.

I've been using your 16 oz coffee cups for years. Always had no problem. Lately they have been leaking near the bottom of the cup. I buy these cups by the case for personal use. I am very disappointed by this happening. Never had problems before. This has been happening over the past few months. Don't know if you've changed cups or what. Pictures are enclosed. I've been buying these cups for over 10 years. I use them daily for coffee. This year the liquid soaks through the cup before I've finished my first cup. I assume they made a change to the manufacturing process to save money. I went through one bag first before writing this review in case it was a mistake but the same issue exists in the latest cups I bought. Now looking for alternatives.

These cups are just too weak %26 flimsy. It feels like the cup will crush in your hands at any second! You have to put 2 cups together to even hold it comfortably! This may a scam where you have to use more cups at once and therefore will have to buy more cups sooner.

No lids came with the order

Recently purchased these to-go cups for my morning coffee or tea. Unfortunately all of the lids in the pack had a crack/tear on the side of the lid where you would put it on the cup and it would not seal to fit. Not ideal for hot products as the liquid will dump directly out of the cup as the lid does not fit with it being cracked open. Disappointed in the product and waste of money.

I love Dixie products. I buy Dixie plates and bowls (LOVE the big bowl) but I am really disappointed in the Dixie to go coffee cups. I don't make much money, and it was a splurge to buy these cups so we could take coffee to work. Almost every single cup (except 2) leaked wirhin 10 minutes. I would never buy these again. I tried chinet cups, and had no problems at all.
