Really like these cups. They come with lids helping keep the coffee a even temperature. it would be nice to have those cardboard edging since it is a little hot on the fingers. but the don't leak as long as you put the lid opening opposit the of the cup seam.

i have used these for 10 years, perfect for hot or cold drink, keeps drinks hot much longer than glass cups. I am older and sometimes hard to wash cups and glasses so good solution for me.

I like these things , but sometimes the lids can be iffy sometimes the lids don't holly seal in the small hole.They have in the top doesn't allow to drink a lot of coffee or hot liquid.Maybe like one drop

I have been buying these for years and the quality went WAY down. More and more cups have improperly sealed bases which means coffee leaking on to the table/floor/clothing/car seats if you don't check before filling. If you plan on taking these "to-go", you're going to be in for a bad time! With the amount of money you're wasting having to brew a 2nd cup, it's cheaper

You can still feel the heat in other words the cup is thin and I’m not sure if you can warm those cups up but I have and the color has come off onto my hands. Those are the only two things I have a problem with

For each order I place I get something that was falsely advertised. Curbside waiting is too long despite following the process. Notify when on your way. Let them know when you reach, park, car color using app. Sit and wait for more than 20mins before someone ask what is your order.

The rim of every single cup is creased as if it had been crushed or just a defect in manufacturing. Because of this, the covers don't secure properly, making it dangerous to hold a hot beverage with a cover. Can't help but think that these were knowingly sold as second-quality merchandise.
