Received my mavic mini within timing manner although I didn't order online I made a call directly with sale rep was helpful. He help me to place my order with out any problem and I must say this I really enjoy flying my MM in the safe area just to follow rules and regulations.

love this renewed starter drone, very user friendly and was a decent price for an entry level user. Camera has taken great shots and came with needed accessories. quick shipping, good return policy and the year warranty are definite pluses. Will shop again, quality merchandise

Initially there were some shipping issues but Beach Camera went above and beyond to resolve them. As for the drone, this thing is amazing in its capabilities. A real work horse. There are multiple settings to help novices prevent most crash issues and more. Pros can taylor the settings as required for the perfect shot.

Bought this for my husband as a gift and he absolutely loves it! Haven't had the opportunity to fly it all that much, his phone wasn't compatible so he's been using my iPhone until his new iPhone gets here.

Good deal.. but I can't figure where to get the APP for the VR Goggle. The QR code does not help. Looks like a bunch of stuff other than what I need. The Goggles are cheap. The piece that holds the strap broke the second I put it on the first time. Overall it was a fair deal but a shame the VR goggles cannot be used.

Beach camera is has excellent service and people you can understand. The dji website sales ad /spec area doesn't tell you need for a phone and if you have no service this will not work. The batteries were 4 yrs old the drone was just released not too along the controller wouldn't link up to the drone dji service dept has some one you cant understand and the headset they had so much static you couldn't hear him then watching YouTube the FAA wants more money to. Dji website has many miss leaders . beach camera was no problem to deal with

This DJI product is a complete disappointment. Very few devices work with the DJI Fly App and it's Hit or Miss. DJI Software Engineers DO NOT test their software. I should have never purchased this product. Wish I could return this waste of money. I have tried many versions and settings to have the video transmission display on devices but, nothing seems to work. DJI Customer Service is pathetic. All they post is a compatibility list for the DJI Mavic Mini and if it's not on the list SORRY. Even though your device has better components (CPU / RAM / ROM / GPU / etc.)
