I ordered a DJI Mini 4 Pro on a Friday, and it was delivered on Sunday! Now the software that is shown in the pic was not in the box, but its not supposed to be. Its sent electronically. Also there was no information pertaining to the3 year CPS Warranty in the box. But when I contacted the seller (Beach Camera) they were extremely nice, and are actively working on getting that warranty info for me right now.

Always wanted a dji so I purchased one with walmart not to bad just had the programs mission
When purchasing, I did not receive the programs to work with the photos and videos that came in the combo.What would be the procedure to claim the programs that did not come?
Was given card to activate 2 year extended warranty picture in purchase clearly shows 3 and description of purchase also shows 3 year extended warranty.
Did not come with 3 year warranty and is missing all of the disk that come with it. Not as advertised for the money spent on it !!
Software bundle is not as advertised and they sent me a 2 year CPS warranty as opposed to 3 year warranty. I returned and reordered and despite having done it with a representative on the line from Walmart, my next order was supposed to be the same, but instead did not come with the Fly More Combo package meaning I missed out on 3 of the DJI Plus batteries ($95 a piece). I'm very particular about these kind of things and even had my wife double check my order. Imagine our suprise when the bundle was different again. Unfortunately other than the link I sent to Beach Camera from my shopping cart to inform them of my repurchase, as far as Walmart is concerned, I clicked on the wrong bundle during reorder. Beach Camera did offer me a $60 dollar refund since they claim they are having issues with the software bundle provider. So be aware you will not get the Mighty Skind Voucher and two of the four softwares are different than advertised.
I ordered a dji drone and an Apple Watch . A box shows up with a label marked 4.85 lbs and only has my Apple Watch mini . The drone was not in the package . Walmart accepted zero responsibility and refused to replace or refund my order for the drone which put me out $1,300 . I used affirm for this purchase and as expected they refused to do anything as well. Be careful using walmart.com as well as affirm . After doing research it seems walmart.com has a surprisingly extensive history with these issues . They may have better pricing but that only helps when you receive your items. Stick to Amazon and save yourself the headache. Good luck and off to the small claims option . See pictures and info ….. obvious bs
Description clearly says 3 year CPC warranty. Received 2 yr instead. Made purchases 2 times and returned both the times. Will keep doing that until they fix the problem. Tored of calling Walmart customer service. Put in a third order, lets see if they fix it this time in the order.
Drone was great. States a 3 year CPS warranty, but only a 2 Year CPS warranty included. I do not know if it is a Beach Camera or Walmart slight of hand!
