This drone is the best one yet. Its small size makes traveling with it easy. I crashed mine. There is no damage and scratches on it all. You cannot tell that it has been crashed. The weight is nice. Its not too heavy and you do not have to register and can fly it just about anywhere but you should still use your common sense when flying. The drone is easy to fly and control. The app for it is okay. The app has crashed once or twice but overall the app is okay. It has a range of about two miles before the gps drops but when the gps is dropped it comes back to home. It has some nice features and the video and picture quality is amazing. I use this drone for my youtube videos.

The DJI Mavic Mini is the perfect drone for most people wanting to fly a drone! This is my first “real” drone and i was able to unbox it and fly in minutes. It weighs in at 249 grams (lighter than my cellphone)! Works great with iphone and andriod! Comes with multiple connectors for different phones/tablets so you dont have to worry. Mild wind does not interfer with flying. If your considering buying this drone, make sure you buy the Fly More Combo. The extra batteries give you more fly time (around 25 mins per battery, total of 3 batteries). The case is high quality material, and makes portablity a breeze! DJI sure out did it here!

This DJI Mavic Mini Fly more combo is the best package to get I take this with me for those perfect 2k videos and pictures. DJI can't wait for the Mavic mini with 4K.

[Employee of walmartcanada] I bought this 2 month ago and I'm so happy about that, the Best drone with this price and specially with this weight which doesn't need to be registered ! It is so light and easy to carry, Great Photo and Video Quality and really great fly time I was flying with this drone on subzero temperature (-15) in Quebec without any problem with battery or Gimbal !

The drone arrived a day before it was scheduled to arrive. I picked it up and I thought I'd tell potential customers a couple of problems I encountered. There really are no instructions. There's a few pamphlets thrown in the box with writing so small- you'll need a microscope to read it. Watch You Tube to actually show you how the drone works. You'll need software to fly it and a phone that can download the app. My Samsung J7v would not do it. Any 4G from an Iphone 6 or Galaxy 6 on up- should handle it but I'd check to make sure. So I spent an extra 425 and obtained a new phone. Flying the drone has been fun-my only concern has been obstructions and power lines. Without collision avoidance- I don't want to strike something and crash the drone or lose it. I am very pleased with this purchase except for the glitches that I mentioned.

The packaging was very nice and organized, I've had it for about a week now and every flight has been flawless!

Awesome! Better than expected. Stable flight even in moderate windy conditions. Camera is better than I expected. Night shots look awesome!

Hello, I got this drone to practice before I get into commercial drone flying. Here are my thoughts: Pros: ~ Price - that's what got me. There are not many fairly high quality drones with a price $500 and under. ~ Video Quality - pretty decent 2.4 k ~ Weight under 250 grams - no need to register with FAA if used without prop guard ~ Very stable flying in good conditions ~ obstacle avoidance sensors Cons: ~ I think the build quality is fairly fragile. I feel like I can break it if I'm not super careful. ~ Propeller noise - it is pretty loud and noticeable. ~ No audio recording from the app. Even if it were possible, the noisy propellers would render it useless. I downloaded a screen recording app on my phone and it works great while using the DJI app to fly. Even though I have many cons listed, i think it's difficult to find a good quality drone made by a well known brand under $500 and that's why I think it's worth the price. I listed the cons because I like making informed and balanced decisions.

THE MAVIC MINI IS VERY EASY TO CONTROL ESPECIALLY FOR BEGINNERS LIKE ME. THE VIDEO IS SUPERB. THE FLY MORE BUNDLE IS WORTH THE EXTRA WITH THE CASE AND EXTRA BATTERIES. YOU DONT NEED FAA PERMIT WITH THE 249g TAKEOFF WEIGHT. I PURCHASED IT THROUGH WALMART AND RECIEVED IT TWO DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND IT ONLY TOOK TWO DAYS IN SHIPPING. THAT SAID IT WENT ON SALE THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND WALMART WOULDNT DO A PRICE ADJUSTMENT.
