I love how simple it was to set up %26 it's so so cute! It lands in your hand %26 it's got so many different features like follow I this of the best contact drone %26 the banners is really nice. Amazing quality

Fast shipping (at least for these deones). packed well items as listed, well the 2yr warranty is nice, but it is a not rhe same as the DJI Care Refresh one, qhile not deceptive, very least misleading). Wverything sealed, Actual DJI products (except backpack, warranty and landing pad, but they are nice quality. A nice beginners package. Would suggest a controller (though don't need to fly and at least rwo extra batteries.) But again great setup for a beginner. NEO does some very cool things, built-in presets, super small, put drone in pocket or backpack and your smartphone and you are dlying a drone and taking very nice pics or videos. Starts fast for that quick action shot, there is even a use hand gesture option. Cons: Super lightweight so issue when wind kicks up. No Return To Home option unless you use controller. Just ok images in low light situations. Summary' But for quick action or scenic shots, wasy ro use, at a super price. Highly reccomend. A nice transaction. Would order from them again.

Fun drone not the best bag in the package better off buying better fit bag not as expected

I do love the Neo, but overall I am disappointed. The picture in the Walmart advertisement clearly shows that this bundle comes with Air Magic Aerial Photography Enhancer software however my bundle did not.

Didn't receive the book bag or the air magic

It would have been nice to actually recieve the it. Never arrived or delivered to the wrong address. I asked that they require a signature, that wasn't followed.

I had a horrible experience with the vendor, don't believe this product comes from the official dji store, the product comes from a separate store name Beach Camera and they don't have good business practices. I tried to return my drone a couple times because I was missing some items and they give me a hard time with getting the return done, that at the end I decided to take the discount that they offered me, because I didn't want to trust them with getting my redound done properly and receive my money back.
