I wasnt expecting to assemble this chair myself, but didn't mind. I've built some items in the past. You don't need extra tools, just what's in the box. I like the swivel and ability to roll around in it. The lumbar support fits my back well, and is very comfortable. The head rest isn't that high, but like the way I don't feel like I need support for my head. Thanks.

The chair came in a box and we shipped by UPS. The packaging and packing was very well put together. The instructions were pretty easy as well. Someone made a review that it took them 6 hours and you definitely need two people. But I think as a beginner, it took me less than an hour to put it assemble. The chair is very sturdy. The connection for the massage is fine, I just wish there was an area to thread the wire so I do not run over it with the wheels. The seat is pretty comfortable. It does not recline if you're looking for that. I like a straight back chair to sit upright, so no recline if that's what you're looking for. Very well-made I'm happy with it.

parts were not lining up. the holes in the arm rest to hold the back rest in place did NOT line up! but did line up with the seat part (base) had to man handle it in place. the seat itself seems a tad short like could be a bit bigger meeting up to the inner knees. the back rest is shorter than originally thought, the massage is nice, but raddles pretty loud if not seated a certain way. not bad, but was not properly lined up right!

The Chair looks nice but it was a hassle to built. The holes didnt alignnwith the back rest.

I found the seat extremely uncomfortable, hard and unevenly contoured. Not recommended for long periods of time.

My chair is broken the screws are strip so the chairs are now t working for me I just want a new chair please

Would love to write a better review, but unfortunately, we did not receive 3 of the pieces to even put it together. sent an email said they would get back with us and haven't hurd anything. This was one thing my son wanted for Christmas that he cant even use!
