This is a great product thank you so much. My dog is much more comfortable.
Easy to set up. Very sturdy and big.
This has been a nightmare. First we had trouble getting some of the screws in. They just will not go in all the way. Therefore, we decided we where not going to continue trying to put the screws in, to avoid damage. So we started taking the screws that did go in out and some of them just did not want to come out. They were stuck and no way to get them out. I am so upset with this item and If I know it was going to be such an issue to return I would have never purchased it. I don't recommend any to buy this item. It was not manufacture correctly, I need to return it and I am still waiting for a reply from seller.
Makes it quite inconvenient for cleaning cause the tray pulls out from the side which I was unaware. Make sure you have LOTS of space
