Pleasing
I am happy with this product in most aspects I only wish it was foldable to save space if and when needed but, and not to change the price which is why I purchased along with rolling and stability and amount of total weight baring. I appreciate companies taking the time to make sure they include in their detail information about the total amount of weight baring and actual size of the product. These are very important for customers and they don't have to be in questions about the product as much. This reduces the problem of returning or being unsatisfied. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Insecure set up of shelves.
In installing the rack, it was difficult to apply the rings to each level of the rack. The rings were loose, did not stabilize the shelves. They would often pop off which was maddening!
