The product required basically zero setup. The string already came threaded into the product. I had to attach the mouse,vharge it, and that's it. The product is fairly loud so it might scare cats at first but they get used to it. It has not fallen off the door frame and it's very sturdy.

Really fast to set uo and get playing. oir kitten loves playing with this toy. He plays withnir for hours and the battery life does really well.

My cat was stressed out from a move and then being the only cat, prior to my move he had my daughters cat to keep company, he was pulling his fur out and just constantly meowing. Thank goodness I found this toy, he has limited his fur pulling and the constant meowing stopped for the most part. I tried numerous toys being i work a lot but this one here is the winner. Only problem is battery life is too short. He sits at it when I come home from work and when I wake up because he wants it charged, but it is the BEST toy I found for a single bored cat.

I cannot hang it on the door frame. will need to get someone to help with it. recharging could be another can't reach it issue.

Looks good in theory but in practice? Unexpected assembly required and power button unreachable when hung from door frame. Considering it's unlikely for any cat toy to survive for long it's definitely not worth the trouble
