DMC 6-Strand Embroidery Cotton 8.7yd-Light Parrot Green

This embroidery string has exceeded my expectations. I usually buy my embroidery floss from Amazon which is okay, but after using DMC I can definitely tell the difference! I use it to make my friendship bracelets and they turn out wonderful! It's true to color and the string is so soft and easy to use! I would definitely recommend trying it if you haven't already!

The DMC embroidery floss use to come in many colors. I really enjoy this floss. It's just as good, if not better than the expensive floss. Now, I see there are very few other colors, other than ordering it by bulk packaging/numerous colors per package.

This embroidery floss is exactly the right color. It's not too bright, and not too light. It's just right. If you're looking for more of a sunflower type shade of yellow, I would not recommend this shade. This is more of a pasel. I always use a threader, so no need to try threading 6 strands at once.

DMC embroidery thread is the best on the market. The colors are consistent, bold, and gorgeous. The texture is soft and smooth, yet strong. DMC threads don't tangle the way cheaper embroidery threads often do. Best of all, they are available in every color tint, shade, and tone you can imagine. I use these threads for embroidery and cross-stitch projects. I also buy them for my granddaughters to make friendship bracelets, and to sew with large plastic needles.
