It adjusted to how much weight that you wanna lift up to 5 pounds each wrist or ankles helps put a more intense workout

The best ankle weights you could possibly buy. You can use them for 2 lb 4 lb all the way up to 10 lb. They're great to use on people for physical therapy because of the weight adjustment. I fully recommend these. My daughter loves them.

Versatile product
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. I started doing leg and arm workouts awhile ago. I could have saved myself the trouble to purchasing free weights had I had these. You can add or subtract in one pound increments.

As described. My biggest concern will be as hard as it was to remove the weights down to 1 lb each, not sure the weights will ever return to pockets as I increase the weights
