It is very sturdy, yet light enough to move and use also as a shower seat. The drop arms are easy to use. The pail should have a handle for easier transport, easier emptying and to help preventing spills.

I liked that it was basically no assembly - everything just opened and slid into place with a satisfying "snap." Just one part was separate and it was pretty easy to add on. The legs can go higher or lower, which is nice for setting it over the toilet. It is kind of industrial looking, not pretty, but nice and wide for big bottoms, and not so heavy that they can't be removed from the toilet and set aside when not needed. The little pan fits on fine. The instructions are in it, covered by the lid, and I didn't see them until I had the whole thing up and running. It was easy to figure out, no tools required. Very, very solid. It feels safe ans secure, even for a bigger person.

I'm very,very please with this commode - The only thing this didn't come with this is a splash guard so this chair can be used over the toilet - I would highly recommend this chair.

The perfect solution for a difficult problem. I'm a senior citizen with mobility issues and a relentlessly overactive bladder. I weigh 400 lbs. and this commode is sturdy enough and wide enough for a comfortable fit. It's also “portable” enough to move it from room to room as needed. I might even order a second one!

Comfortable and very sturdy

My pot doesn't completely line up with the opening. It's tricky trying to set at the correct location to not make a mess. Searching for a pail that will line up. It's too expensive to not have a good fitting bucket.

Frame is bent out of box. One of the drop arms will not lock into proper place. I called the 877-505-6190 number on the instructions and certificate or customer satisfaction. The number is something for auto insurance. It cannot be return d to Walmart so I'm out $137.47 for a broken unsafe device.

The Item came by FedX today. The Item is Sturdy. The problem I have is with the Bucket under the seat. Poorly designed Removal. On this chair you have to bend over or get on one knee and use both hands for Removal. My other chair removes waste from the top with a larger bucket and handle attached. Picture attached. For this reason I can not recommend this Item.

bought can't return my mother can't use it because as much as she paid for it made very cheap. bucket falls off and doesn't fit right. she pees on the floor almost everytime. do not recommend at all.
