I bought this for my Mother. It works great for her, she now can get in and out of her car with ease. She did have to lower her seat to the lowest setting due to being well padded. But said it's very comfortable and loves it. She now wants one for her dinning.

I have a bad hip and had reached the point of being nearly unable to get in and out of the car. This swivel seat makes it so much easier and less painful to get in and out. A bonus is that the seat raises me about an inch and a half higher. This changes the angle of my hip, surprisingly making it easier and less painful to move my leg between the gas and brake pedals! I had thought my driving days were about to end until I got this seat. I have contour bucket seats in my car, so wasn't sure if the cushion would work for me. According to the reviews I read, some people have said it didn't turn in their bucket seats. However, it works perfectly for me. I am at the upper weight limit of the seat also, (230 lbs) but this has not been a problem either.

I got this for my boyfriend, who was in a car accident, so he could easily turn to get out of his car. He had surgery on his spine near his neck, and it's still kind of hard for him to turn his head left or right, especially because he needs to turn his whole torso. He said this swivel cushion is comfortable, and makes his life easier.

Love, Love, Love this. This cushion allows me to keep the dining room chair in place while I am able to just sit and turn into place at the table.

The seat does not swivel with body weight--the only reason it's helpful is that the plastic surface is slippery enough to allow physical swilelling.

Unfortunately, this didn't aid in allowing easier access into the vehicle. It may come in handy on a chair at a game table, where there is something to hold onto as she rotates,

i have purchased for my anticipated return from hip replacement. It will not work on a contoured seat. I will need to find a way to make my seat level for the device to work. It works great on a level chair like the kitchen chairs. i weigh 130 lbs. and it turns great! I'm not it can take a lot more weight. The vinyl cover is permanently wrinkled, making it look quite used. Hope to find a way to use it for the car. Otherwise, I will be returning it.

The item looks good and held great hope however because it is so deep there's no way it will work with my car without her actually hurting my hip and making my situation worse

This item is for flat seats and not for bucket seats. My husband had terrible time trying to get on and off this seat with the bucket seats in our Mazda. The sides of the seat is raised and the disc goes in the bottom of the seat and it makes it impossible fir my husband get out of the front seat.

Seat cushion too small and just sinks into car seat so is no help to get someone rotated to exit and enter vehicle. then they cant get off the thing to be more comfortable. turned out to be useless so we returned it ;\
