The potty chair is good works well and is strong. Be sure it is what you want because I tried to stop the order two hours after I ordered but couldn't they delivered it when they said. My grandson got a deal on one the same day so I tried to stop my order tried to send it back never opened they said no so I have two said couldn't be returned I missed that so be sure it's what you want. It is a good chair.

I purchased for my mom who is a larger lady, 75yo and has a bad back and also needs her hip replaced. She's really comfortable setting on the seat but her feet dangle off the floor, shes 5ft 6in, so shes not short. we also had to remove the handle from the waste bucket to get it to slide in properly each time.

This item is everything I hoped it would be. The height is adjustable, it is comfortable, but most of all it is built very sturdy without any movement, tipping, or sliding.

This chair is great! It has drop down sides, and it is sturdy and heavy enough so not to worry about falling over, or off. It was hard for me to put it together put I would gladly do it again my mom is so happy with it

This product is a great product. It holds my weight of 450 pounds without a problem and it's wide enough to fit on and it's a great product. I recommend it very good although we should have an option for a second bucket.

I like certain things about this chair, but it's not as great as I hoped for. My husband had a difficult time putting it together. I'm not that crazy about the pot either. It doesn't slide in as securely as needed.

Thank you. The online purchase and the item delivery processes were just fine . When I opened the big box, and proceeded to organize the pieces of the large shower/commode, Heavy Duty , for a (500 lb) w eight capacity person, and began looking at the assembly instructions, I found out that a key safety tube-bar that connects the left side support stand to the right side, was missing. There was no way to be found. This Heavy Duty capacity Commode has been purchased for the convenience and safety of a female patient who weights a bit over 300 pounds. The missing lower bar seems to be a key support and safety bar. I contacted Walmart to advise them of the issue. I contacted Walmart by phone on Thursday, November 13th to notify Walmart. I was told by a nice young male, customer service associate that a Return Label was going to be sent to my email address. I have not received such a return label to drop the closely secured box to the near by Fed Ex location. I will contact Walmart again tomorrow morning to provide Walmart with a different email address in the event that my old email address may still be on Walmart's files. Today is the 18th of November, 2025. I hope that the new, never assembled item is processed immediately, and the purchase amount is credited to my credit card.

this is NOT caregiver friendly. the collection bucket almost flips everytime anyone has tried to remove it. the lid doesn't fit and slides in to the "mess". Last if the pee anywhere on the seat it runs out and gets on the collection bucket and the floor

Its too high at the lowest setting. im 5'8" and just my toes touched. also it leaks around the bowl (which has a very flimsy handle that leads to the urine filled bowl turning sideways when emptying.) Oh and the only way to put a lid on it, is to pull the bucket out and putting the lid on. You would have to pull the bucket out to remove lid. before using the commode. I hate it! i hope my body heals fast.

easy to assemble but has pull out bucket and lid .need to pull out bucket.take off lid out bucket back do business pull out bucket to put lid on and then put bucket back in the tracks correctly..forsee messy spills .need one as big but needs drop in bucket.
