This pillow is awesome. It helps support my neck while I sleep.

We like that there is an option for a smaller J pillow out there. We have one we have had for 18 years but it has given out. It was very feathery and we loved that about it. We have both used it over the years when recovering from different surgeries. We are getting by with this one but we wish it was a higher end pillow but that Walmart has one at all we are impressed.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and suffer from quite a bit of joint and muscle pain. My neck is a big source of my pain so I started looking for a neck support pillow. I've tried many other different types of pillows before with success and first but failing after some time passes. This pillow has actually reduced my neck pain quite a bit. The pillow was very fluffy at first but after about a month of use, it's "settled" into its (probably) regular position. The pillow has one slightly longer side, so you can choose to sleep either "hugging the slightly longer side or leaning back onto the slightly longer side, depending on your sleep style. I imagine that I'll have to replace this pillow after some time passes, due to it getting flattened out, but that is normal for most pillows after awhile of continued use. I would recommend this pillow, especially given the price compared to that of other neck support pillow. Also, it comes with its own unique pillow case so that was a nice touch, however, horseshoe shaped pillowcases are not a common thing!

It is not as firm as advertised

I bought 2 of these pillows. My husband loves his. I on the other hand have a love hate relationship with mine. It is the perfect shape and it has the perfect filling. My problem is .....it has too much stuffing and it bends my neck in an awkward position. I believe it's because I am a short person who has little shoulders. So finding a pillow that I love is very hard. I would recommend this pillow to others though
