[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DMSO best price here, I buy gallon then I transfer it to glass jugs and it lasts a really long time. The one from SCA was fresh and came well packed. They taped the top and there was no compromise. I never am disappointed by SCA and this is another win win.

Date order was placed, Walmart gave a delivery date that was very close to a timeframe I wasn't going to be at home. I was told to call the seller because I wanted the item to be held long enough for me to receive it and not be stolen. I called and though the person I spoke to tried to be helpful, whomever she asked about helping me with the delivery told her that I had to go back to Walmart, though they, the seller were actually shipping the order that had JUST been placed less than an hour before. The order was shipped via Fed Ex. A few days later, I got a notice from Walmart that the order had been delivered, and signed for, but it wasn't delivered and no one from my home signed for it. I called Walmart and explained that I hadn't gotten the order. They were going to refund the order, but I wanted my package, so they sent me back to the seller. I sent them an email explaining that Fed Ex never delivered the package. Their response was that according to their records, the order was "successfully delivered and signed for" based upon Fed ex's proof of delivery, and for me to please make sure I am checking for my packages in a timely manner and checking with household members and neighbors. This was sent AFTER my email to them explaining that at the time of the delivery that be er happened, there were three adults in the house and no one had knocked and that none of us signed for that package, nor had any of our neighbors, as none of us or them have the name used to sign for the package. After another email explaining that Walmart offered to refund me for the order, but I really wanted it, but just wanted them to require a direct signature from someone in my house and the only last name that would be signing for the package, THEN they responded that they would ask FedEx to trace the package. This should have been done after my first email to them, instead of telling me that their records show that FedEx said it was "successfully delivered and signed for", which I'd already told them wasn't true. The good thing is that the Fed Ex driver did deliver the item almost 24 hours later, so I did get my order, but my experience with this company's responses was a sorry excuse for customer service. They offer the best price for DMSO by the gallon, but after their inability to be customer focused, I will shop elsewhere the next time I need another gallon of DMSO. I realize Fed Ex was at fault, but Santa Cruz Animal Health was the seller, and only they have control over how and when the order is shipped, which is an extension of their service to the customer. Another extension of their service to the customer is not being argumentative when a paying customer says they never received or signed for the package. Acknowledge what the customer stated and file the claim. Because you didn't, you lost a customer.
