Works for long and short term pain relief when used as directed.

Suppurb pain relief
This is one of the best products O have come across for pain. If it's joint, muscle, nerve pain... This is the solution. It will make you itchy for 10 minutes, but the relief is almost instant. Do a web or YouTube search on it.

The DMSO is in there. It is as advertised and an overall decent product. my only reservation is the aloe vera gel part. I'm not too sure of the integrity or quality of the aloe vera component. It does not readily mix with other things the way other good aloe very gel does. The DMSO shouldn't change the aloe vera that much. It's very transparent and plasticine acting. To get it to mix with other things it requires some microwave heating. I don't only be guessing but I think it involves mostly glycerin rather than aloe. In my opinion that should not be the case. I hope someday they improve it. I think there's enough profit built in to use a better base.
