DNA Motoring Adjustable Tri-Fold Soft Trunk Bed Tonneau Cover for 2004-2014 Ford F150 6.5' Bed

I guess first off "you get what you paid for". I wanted a less expensive solution to the countless more expensive hard material truck bed covers currently offered for my 2013 Ford F150 6 1/2 ft. bed, and this product fit my very basic requirements. It arrived intact and packed well enough to survive shipping of that large of an item. It arrived within an acceptable amount of time from order to receipt (about a week) The instructions were wadded up inside of the smaller box that contained the hardware and the instructions were extremely poor, containing ridiculous Chinese translations of what should be very basic instructions. Rather than offer simple drawings they chose to provide dark pictures on a glossy page that really didn't show how the hardware is to be installed. I ended up having to complete drilling the holes in the metal brackets because they hand not bothered to finish that process. It was easy for anyone with an electric drill, but it still had to be done. I took pictures. Next - they provide knobs for the 4 front brackets which are of good quality - so good, I feared they would un-tighten eventually, so I purchased four "nyloc" (locking) nuts to add to the knobs to ensure they would not back out,

There are only 4 mounting brackets near the cab to hold the item in the truck. One of them snapped off within 10 days and there is no customer service number listed
