Do All Outdoors Big Gong Show Self Healing Target

Good size And easy to use. Plants in the ground very firmly and feels steady while taking rounds. I like how it has the rubber with the metal backing to mitigate any chances of ricochet.

Very easy to set up and it is reusable. This is our second one. We love it.

Have just used this for a few rounds of .22lr ammo. Seems to work pretty well, but not much movement even though I put some lubricant on the hinged area. I did use .22 hollow point bullets because I did not think that the small dimple on the lead bullet would really open up that much. Wrong,because the hole made in the target was larger than expected and removed a few chunks out of the back (my bad). Next time, I will use only solid points or FMJ as recommended in the instructions.

This is the second of the self-sealing type target I have bought. The first one was a gopher shape. This gong is okay, but it has not shown to seal up the bullet holes as well as the gopher target. A .22 round will not even cause any movement of this gong. I have not tried larger calibers yet. I like that the legs can be removed to make it more compact for transport and storage. I have been using it for 'shoot and see' adhesive targets, though they do not stick very well to the gong plastic. I will still recommend buying this target.

Some of my buddys and I took this out the other day. 22 cal didn't even make it move my 30-30 made it wiggle a little 12g made it do a flip with a slug lol. lasted till my buddy hit the metal leg with the 30-30 seared it right off

my husband and I shot the heck out of this thing and it did not seal itself. The 22 did not go all the way through but the 40 sure did. I agree with the last comment not worth it trash it go with paper targets.

Not worth anything. I gave it 1 star because they forced me to to pick something, but at one it is over rated.

I have this boxed up to attempt to return. The Gong does not move and is made out of heavy rubber. When you shoot it, it does self heal, but you can't see your shot and the gong doesn't move. It may move with a magnum projectile, but if you miss the entire target is destroyed. It took 3 shots for the frame of the target to be destroyed and the target not to work. I would expect something that you're firing bullets at would be able to withstand.....a bullet. I would not recommend.
