So far we are enjoying it and both me and my son feel calm and relaxed, less anxious before bed. I think it's working! We both struggle to go to sleep and my son struggles to sleep in his own room. Will update if this continues to work great for us!

This company 4A Merchandise LLC has many different addresses/LLCs in Washington. In addition, there's limited information for this Doc Mila brand name of Magnesium Glycinate. It also contains stevia which I dislike, and it contains too many other supplements which may or may not benefit others. After some research I have decided not to consume it as I don't know if the ingredients will bother me or not in a negative way. Thank you.
