Doctor Strange (Blu-ray, DVD, Digital HD) (DVD, Digital Copy Edition) [2016]

If you enjoy comic book movies, then you will like this one. Even though it is a little different from the usual comic book hero it is still enjoyable. The acting is amazing, visuals as stunning. The script was enjoyable and humorous depsite being a serious movie.

Dr. Strange is one of the lesser followed Marvel heroes, but was always one of my favorites. It departs substantially from the original comic book of my youth, but kept my attention. Warning; watch through the credits for two teasers to pop up. It seems Dr. Strange will be hooking up with Thor to find Odin in the next Thor installment, and there is a new adversary in Dr. Strange's future that will need a sequel.

You'll need to see this one. They add another infinity stone to those known and Dr Strange will need to be involved in the Avengers movies. Love that they turned the actor from Star Trek's bad guy Kahn into the good guy, Dr Steven Strange. He's brought out a great mix of the huge ego of Tony and the lost in the world personality of Dr Banner very well.

Dr Strange was one of my favorite Marvel characters from years ago, and I'm so glad they got him off to such a great start with the cast (esp Cumberbatch), and a well- done origin story.

One of Marvel's best movies to date! A definite must watch and own for any Marvel fan. I highly recommend this movie. If you haven't seen it yet, then you're missing out and you need to watch it as soon as​ you get a chance. It was available for pickup quickly and easily. I was satisfied with Walmarts online shopping experience.

GREAT film cinematography! It makes the fim, along with wonderful Beedict Cumberbatch, who can't act poorly. Beautifully filmed, curiously told story of a fascinationg Marvel character. Look forward to more stories about this intersting addition to the Marvel cast.

Very fun movie. Great special effects. A very thrilling ride. Best movie in the MCU to date. The Blu-Ray package also contains a DVD disc if you don't have a bluray player. If you're looking for a pleasant movie to immerse yourself in and escape reality for a short time, this is it!

The Blu-ray version of this movie is a must if one is to really enjoy the excellent video quality and DTS-HD audio is unrivaled by any other format. In fact, I enjoy these types of movies at my home theater on a 70" screen with 7.2 surround. To me is much better than watching at the movies.

First, let me say that the product is excellent...BluRay with Digital copy...we've watched both versions and have no issues. I originally purchased from Walmart when I found that Amazon was not offering pre-orders of this movie. the slightly less than perfect score is due to the fact that Walmart shipped on the day the movie was released, as opposed to Amazon's practice of shipping to arrive on the release date. Nonetheless, Walmart offered the best price for any pre-order, and they have been dependable in the past...as this experience showed, they were once again dependable. When all is said and done, the extra 1.5 day wait was no inconvenience, and again, the price was worth it. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I liked this movie but really did not enjoy it. Why? Because the writers of this film spent so much time on the special affects that they did not give time to dialogue and meaning. This could have been a great movie but they botched it because they moved too fast telling the story so the characters never developed. Why is it that Hollywood can spend millions on actor salaries and special affects but not spend the money on a good script that has good actors talking to one another in character so that you can be brought into the story and care about what is happening on the screen. I hope someone does this movie again with a real script so that I can really enjoy it!
