Just three story arcs, not a complete first Doctor
I guess I'm a bit disappointed by this set. This is just a three isolated story lines from the First Doctor, NOT the entire 1963-1966 series or even a significant part of it. As a recent Doctor Who convert who is loving the 2005-now Doctors, I was curious about the "early" Doctors. If this was all I had to go by, I'd not go any further with series. I found the story lines entirely forgettable and uninspiring. However, as a historic artifact, this would be interesting to serious Doctor fans and people interested in the history of TV. But don't expect to convert people to being Doctor Who fans from this set. And if you want as much historic Doctor Who as you can get, this isn't it, either. So this set might be best for the already curious, but not fanatical. Your opinion may differ!
